Relief for Nepal after Earthquakes

Ramché village, Sindhupalchok (March 2015)

Following the devestating earthquakes in Nepal these last few weeks, I was extremely happy to have word from my old friend from Sindhupalchok district.

He and his family survived against the odds, however, their village was destroyed with 90% of homes collapsed, and many people dead. As the aftershocks continue daily, people live in a state of fear at the moment.

They are surviving in a tent on the mountain side, and despite a month having passed since the first quake, they are yet to see any government assistance. Any help that arrives has been provided by private parties.

If you would like to contribute directly to people in need in Nepal, please contact me privately. I will be sending a bank transfer in the next week.

Many thanks, and Namasté.
